You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for compliance filings. TaxGarden is not responsible for penalties resulting from inaccurate or late data provided by the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TaxGarden be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
